How Your Plan Works
Except for the Rx Meds Partner Administration and Service fee, there are no costs for the Free Prescription Medicine Patient Assistance Programs. |
| |
| There may be co-payments associated with discounted medicines. However, under a discounted Patient Assistance Program most medications cost around $20-$30 for a 3 month supply. |
| |
We Research Patient Eligibility
With over 2,500 prescription drugs on the market, we will assist you by researching companies that supply the medications you require to maintain your health. |
| |
| Eligibility is based mainly on your income level. To see the 2007 income guidelines established by HHS, click here. |
| |
| To get started with this beneficial service, please complete our Eligibility Form. |
| |
We Provide a Thorough Medication Report
We will provide you a detailed report including each medication you listed in your Eligibility Form. This report will list the medication name Brand/Generic, manufacturer, and if you are eligible for a Free Patient Assistance Program and/or discount generic medications. |
| |
We Provide Application Assistance
Each prescription you would like to obtain FREE requires a complete application with a doctor's prescription and proof of income. After you answer the Eligibility Form, we will determine if you are eligible. At that time our system will research what prescription applications are needed, the manufacturer, cost (if any for discount generics only) and provide you all the |

|
|
| information you need to enroll and receive your medications. |
| |
We will also alert you to any specific information needed such as prescriptions, proof of income and other requirements of the manufacturer. You are not obligated to participate in any of the programs presented to you.
Most Pharmaceutical companies will notify you when they ship your medication to either the doctor's office or directly to you. However, most are shipped to your doctor for you to pick up. |
